Fleurs de pomme¶

Ingrédients:
4 pommes
sucre glace
miel
beurre (pour badigeonner ?)
citron
pate feuilletée
Instructions:
Thinly slice apples and microwave in lemon water for 5 minutes until tender.
Roll out puff pastry (I used frozen store bought) cut into 6 strips, and brush with preserves, agave syrup, or honey.
Place 7-9 apple slices on each strip, then fold and roll into rose shapes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the pastries for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.(know your oven)Arrange in a muffin tin. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
